Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. *Accessories will be sent out on the 4th of August. 

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We ship to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Malta, Cyprus, Monaco, Norway, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, Vatican City, San Marino, Serbia and Spain. 

Allow 1-3 business days for the order to arrive after the shipment is processed.

We have made a special solution for people ordering in Japan. You can order on our website, and we will find a shipping option with the customer. The customer must pay all shipping fees. 

For customers in The United Kingdom, we will contact you to confirm the shipping solution and cost after making the order. If no shipping solution is agreed upon, we hold the right to cancel the order, and the total amount will be refunded to the customer immediately.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will email you the tracking number and confirmation once your order is on the way.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Paper Paste Living is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Paper Paste Living is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your package damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier and our support team directly to file a claim.
